curling-alabaster-cone-wall-sconce
Curling Alabaster Cone Wall Light, 40 cm, Wall Sconce

A single arm does the shaping here. It winds in a continuous S-curve from the wall plate, rather than bending at one clean angle. Below the mounting point, a small decorative tail curls back on itself. It is a flourish with no job beyond finishing the line of the arm. At the top, the curve rises into a tapered alabaster cone. It turns the light behind it into a warm, honeyed glow. Unlit, the winding arm and the pale stone cone above it read as one continuous, deliberate line, not a fixture bolted together from parts.

Three finishes are offered for the arm: brushed brass and white, brushed nickel and white, or matte black and white. Whichever you choose, the alabaster cone at the top stays the same pale stone. The finish decision sits mostly in how the metal curve reads on your wall. A single E12 or E14 bulb sits hidden inside that cone, not on display along the arm.

The arm winds in one continuous curve rather than a straight rise, so the whole fixture reads as a single line.

A slender arm winds in a continuous serpentine curve

A decorative curling tail sits below the mounting point

Alabaster cone shade glows warm and honeyed when lit

Projects 20 cm from the wall, standing 40 cm tall

One curve, no straight sections

Unlike a fixture built from an arm and a separate bracket, this one winds as a single continuous curve. It runs from the wall plate up to the cone shade, with a small curling tail below the mounting point for balance. That means there is no obvious seam or joint to catch the eye, just one line that happens to end in a glowing cone. It reads as sculpture on a wall as much as a light fitting.

Each cone is its own stone

The cone shade is alabaster, a natural stone. Its veining and exact tone will differ slightly from one fixture to the next, even within the same finish. That is the nature of real stone, not an inconsistency worth worrying about. If you place two side by side, expect them to sit together comfortably, not match exactly, stone for stone.

Available finishes

Brushed Brass & White

Brushed Nickel & White

Matte Black & White

Specifications

Dimensions

W 15 cm × H 39.9 cm (W 5.9″ × H 15.7″)

Product type

Wall Sconce

Material

brass, Alabaster

Finish options

Brushed Brass, Brushed Nickel, Matte Black

Overall dimensions

W 15 cm × H 40 cm × P 20 cm (W 5.9″ × H 15.7″ × P 7.9″)

Bulb socket

E12 or E14

Light source

1 × E12/E14 (bulb not included)

Mounting

Wall Mounted

Environment

Indoor

Three finishes, E12/E14 socket

Dimensions, Width

W · 15 cm (5.9″)

Dimensions, Height

H · 40 cm (15.7″)

Dimensions, Wall Projection

P · 20 cm (7.9″)

Finishes

Brushed Brass, Brushed Nickel, Matte Black

Frequently asked questions

How big is it?
W 15 × H 40 × P 20 cm (W 5.9 × H 15.7 × P 7.9″).
