gold-semi-flush-ceiling-light-textured-glass-discs
Gold Semi Flush Ceiling Light, Textured Glass Discs, Dimmable

Textured glass discs sit on a gold-finish frame, giving the fixture a French-inspired look. The texture in the glass breaks up the light of the bulb. The glow is soft and warm rather than sharp, and it fills a bedroom, dining area or living room without glare. The gold finish adds warmth to the frame around the glass.

It comes in three diameters: 40, 50 or 60 cm (15.7″, 19.7″, 23.6″). The smallest stands 16 cm (6.3″) tall, and the profile is semi-flush, which makes it a sensible fit for a lower ceiling. The size you choose decides how much of the ceiling it takes. It hardwires to the ceiling, and size is the only choice to make.

A semi-flush gold frame in three diameters, for lower ceilings.

Textured glass discs on a radiant gold finish

Soft, warm light for a cosy, inviting room

Three diameters: 40, 50 or 60 cm

Semi-flush profile, a good fit for lower ceilings

Textured glass softens the glow

The discs are textured glass, not clear glass, so the light from the bulb is scattered before it leaves the fixture. You get a warm glow with soft edges. The gold frame holds the discs close to the ceiling, which suits a room where headroom matters more than a long drop.

A small E14 bulb you choose

The fixture is bulb-based on an E14 base, so the colour of the light depends on the bulb you fit. Each socket takes up to 40 W. When a bulb fails, you replace the bulb and keep the fixture. The glass then diffuses whatever light you choose into the room.

Specifications

Dimensions, 40 cm

Dia. 40 cm (15.7″)

Dimensions, 50 cm

Dia. 50 cm (19.7″)

Dimensions, 60 cm

Dia. 60 cm (23.6″)

Overall size

Dia 40 cm × H 16 cm (Dia 15.7″ × H 6.3″)

Material

Metal, glass

Light source

Bulb-based

Bulb base

E14

Dimming

Compatible with dimmable bulbs and dimmer switches

Max wattage

40 W per socket

Voltage

AC 110–240 V

Control method

Compatible with a standard wall switch (switch not included)

Installation

Hardwired ceiling mount; professional installation is recommended

Location rating

Indoor dry locations only; IP20

Package includes

Light fixture, mounting hardware, installation instructions

Frequently asked questions

What voltage does it run on?
It runs on AC 110–240 V mains power, and so does the light source supplied with it.

Are bulbs included?
Yes.
