pendant-light-capsule-alabaster-rod-hung
Capsule Alabaster Pendant Light, Rod-Hung Cluster, 1–11 Lights

The shade is a stone capsule, not a bowl or a drum: a pill-shaped block of natural alabaster, closed at the bottom. The light glows outward through the stone rather than spilling straight down. A domed bronze cap sits above it, joined to the rod through a small sphere, with a slim finial hanging beneath. Every visible metal part is one colour, dark bronze. So the contrast the eye actually reads is between warm stone and dark metal, not between finishes.

The rod is rigid, not a cord, and it is cut to length before it ships rather than adjusted once installed. That trade-off is what lets a cluster stagger its rods to different fixed heights instead of drifting out of line. You can order a single capsule or step up through clusters as large as an 11-light version. Each step adds capsules to a wider ceiling plate rather than making any single capsule bigger.

Every capsule is the same size, so the difference between configurations is only how many hang together.

Alabaster capsule shade glows outward, closed at the base

Rigid dark bronze rod with a sphere joint and finial

Cluster configurations from 3 up to 11 capsules

Integrated warm-white LED built into each capsule

No two stones glow quite the same

Each capsule is cut from natural alabaster. The veining and the exact warmth of the glow will differ slightly from one piece to the next. In a cluster, that means the row will not look perfectly uniform once lit, the way moulded glass would. That is simply what real stone does, and it is also why the light looks alive rather than flat. The bronze hardware, being metal, stays identical across every capsule.

A fixed rod means a fixed shape

Because each rod is pre-cut before it leaves, the staggered heights in a cluster are set at the time of order. They are not adjustable once it arrives. The upside is a rod that holds its line permanently, with none of the drift a cord can develop over years. The trade-off is that ceiling clearance is worth checking against the drop measurements before you commit, not after installation.

Specifications

Dimensions

Dia. 15 cm × H 35.1 cm (5.9″ × H 13.8″)

Product type

Pendant Light, Capsule Alabaster Shade, Rigid Rod-Hung, Single or Multi-Rod Cluster (up to 11 lights), 1 hardware finish

Material

Dark Bronze metal Hardware, Natural Alabaster Capsule Shade(s)

Finishes

Black & White

Configuration options

Single, 3-Light, 5-Light, 7-Light, 9-Light or 11-Light Cluster

Capsule shade size

Φ15 × height 35 cm / Dia. 15 cm (5.9″) × H35.1 cm (13.8″) (per capsule, same across all configurations)

Light source

integrated LED, Warm White 3000 K (non-replaceable)

Voltage

AC 110–240 V

Control

Standard wall switch

Included bulb

Not applicable — the LED is integrated into each capsule's dome cap, not a separate replaceable bulb

Mounting

Ceiling, Hardwired, Rigid Rod-Hung — rod lengths are pre-cut before shipping and cannot be adjusted on site

Environment

Indoor, dry locations only

Suitable spaces

Dining table, kitchen island, staircase, entryway

Finish, Dark Bronze & Natural Alabaster

A dark bronze canopy, rod, dome cap, and finial, paired with the natural alabaster capsule shade.
