Each leaf is hand-cast, which is why tone and translucency differ slightly from one to the next. From across a room the fixture reads as one long, leafy mass. Closer in, it is clearly a run of separate ceramic pieces, each with its own character.

It comes in four lengths, and the length decides what the fixture is. The shortest suits a breakfast nook and the longest a long dining space or an entry. The bulb count rises with the length, from six to twelve. Three colourways pair a gold, nickel or white body with matching leaves, and the lengths are in the specifications.

It hangs from a rectangular bar canopy and is hardwired to the ceiling.

Hand-cast porcelain leaves, each slightly different in tone

Leaves cascade densely along the full length of a gold beam

Four lengths, 80 to 150 cm, from breakfast nook to statement entry

Rectangular 30 by 12 cm canopy that hides the wiring neatly

No two leaves are quite alike

Every leaf is hand-cast from porcelain and finished by hand, so shape, surface and translucency vary a little from leaf to leaf. That variation stops a long run of leaves looking mechanical. Each leaf is bonded to its branch, so up close you may see slight marks at the joins. Hand-cast porcelain on a metal frame is not light. The fixture is hardwired to the ceiling and needs a rectangular junction box.
