walnut-pendant-light-brass-or-black-compact
Walnut Pendant Light, Brass or Black Finish, Compact 20 cm

Walnut and brass sit side by side in a small, round pendant, and the contrast does the work. The wood brings grain and warmth; the brass brings a clean, bright edge. At 20 cm (7.9″) across and 10 cm (3.9″) high it is a compact object, a point of detail rather than a large fixture. The profile is sleek and contemporary.

There is one choice to make, and it is about finish: the metal that sits with the walnut, brass or black. Brass keeps the whole pendant warm, while black leaves the walnut as the only warm note. It hangs on a cable of 150 cm (59″) with adjustable height and takes a GU10 bulb. Replacing it leaves the walnut and metal untouched.

It is hardwired to the ceiling and connects to an external wall switch.

Walnut wood paired with a brass or black finish

Compact 20 cm wide, 10 cm high pendant profile

Sleek, contemporary look that sets the mood with little effort

Adjustable hanging height on a 150 cm cable

Small enough to hang anywhere

A pendant this size does not dominate the room around it. The cable adjusts. You set the hanging height once it is up, whether that is low over a kitchen island or higher in a bedroom. It is hardwired, which means a fixed ceiling connection rather than a plug, and the switch connection is in the specifications.

Nothing is sealed in

The fitting takes an LED or Edison bulb in a GU10 base, so the colour of the light is yours to set. When the bulb goes, you change a bulb rather than the pendant. Because the body is small, it is worth reading the base type in the specifications before you buy a replacement.

Specifications

Dimensions

Dia. 20 cm × H 10 cm (7.9″ × H 3.9″)

Material

Walnut, brass, metal

Light source

LED bulb or Edison bulb

Bulb base

GU10

Voltage

AC 110–240 V

Control

Compatible with common wall switch (not included)

Switch connection

Connect it to an external wall light switch to give a controlled electricity supply

Wiring

Hardwired

Mounting

Ceiling

Rating

IP20

Environment

Indoor

Finishes

Brass + walnut, black + walnut

Frequently asked questions

What are the exact dimensions of this pendant?
This pendant is 20 cm diameter × 10 cm height (7.9″ in diameter and 3.9″ in height).

What materials is this pendant made from?
This pendant is made from walnut wood, brass, and metal.
