A wall light built like a line drawing. Two slim metal rods and a glowing acrylic column stack into one vertical band on the wall. Lit, it throws a soft halo up and down the plaster. Unlit, it still holds the eye.

Two rods of the same length, set one high and one low

  • A column between the rods — a slim acrylic tube runs between them, forward of one rod and behind the other.
  • Light above and below — the glow spreads past both ends of the fixture and washes the wall behind it.
  • Fine metal tube — each rod is drawn tube, cut square top and bottom, with no cap or finial.

Metal and acrylic, and nothing else

Two materials do all the work here: metal for the rods and the block, acrylic for the column. Each rod carries a bright highlight down its length, while the block reads flat beside them. Nothing on the face is decorative — every part either makes the light or holds it in place.

Fit and placement

It mounts to the wall behind the block at its midpoint, and the rods and column stand clear above and below. The block itself sits slightly proud of the wall on its own back plate. Check the voltage and bulb base in the specifications against your supply before fitting.
