The arm and backplate are aluminium under a smooth brass-toned finish, warm against the dark glass. A single rod runs the full height of the backplate, held by two small brackets, then curves forward at the top to carry the dome. Below the plate the same rod ends in the turned drop.

Fit and placement

The backplate sits flat to the wall and takes up little width. The dome reaches out and down over whatever sits beneath — a nightstand, a console, the arm of a chair. Mount it where you want light on a page or a tabletop, not across the room.
