A straight bar, and a line of light that refuses to follow it. The Linea threads one flexible tube through its own frame — over the bar, under it, over again. It reads as sculpture before it reads as lighting.

One tube woven through the bar it hangs from

  • The weave — at each crest the tube crosses above the bar, then drops below into the next loop.
  • The rhythm — no two loops repeat: a wide open loop, a narrow U, a shallow dip, a deep V.
  • The ends — the tube runs past both ends of the bar, so the lit line outruns the frame.
  • The glow — lit, it reads as one continuous ribbon, not a row of bulbs.

A slim bar that gives way to the light

The bar stays plain — a straight, slim section that works as support, not ornament. Its two ceiling canopies are finished to match. At the bar's tip the tube passes through a slim collar. Lit, the glow carries a fine speckled texture rather than a flat wash.

Fit and placement

It hangs from two ceiling canopies, set between the ends of the bar rather than at them. The wire adjusts up to the drop listed in the specifications. Allow room for the deepest loop.
