Gold + Clear is the most luminous and classic. Black + Smoke Grey reads contemporary and minimalist. Black + Sky Blue is an unexpected modern pop. Is the glass really mouth-blown?
Yes. Each cylinder is hand-finished by glassblowers, with the colour either applied to the inner surface or mixed into the molten glass. Hand-blown glass carries subtle variation in wall thickness, colour saturation, and shape; these are signatures of the process, not defects. From a few feet away the variation reads as character, and up close you will see slight tonal shifts that mass-produced glass simply does not have.

What bulb does it take, and how bright is it?
GU10 base. A 5–7W GU10 LED in 2700K warm white gives a focused downward glow through the long cylinder shade (around 400–500 lumens). Clear glass shows the bulb's filament, while frosted, white, and coloured glass diffuse the light evenly. It is ideal for accent or bedside light; for primary room lighting, install in pairs or layer with overhead fixtures. Bulbs are not included.

Can I get a plug-in version instead of hardwired?
Yes. A plug-in version of this lamp is available on request. It has the same arched arm and cylinder shade but ships with a cord, plug, and inline switch instead of hardwiring, which is useful for rentals, dorm rooms, or any wall where you cannot install a junction box.

How do I clean the glass cylinder?
The glass is removable for cleaning. Unscrew the bulb, lift the cylinder off the arm, and wash it with warm water and mild dish soap. Dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth before reinstalling. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh cleaners, which can scratch the glass or strip the coloured finish. Wipe the brass arm with a dry microfibre cloth, and for tarnish use a light brass polish on a soft cloth.
