Details
A ribbed smoked-glass dome, Dia. 30 cm (11.8″), under a brass collar. The black cord sets to any drop, so it works over a low ceiling or down a stairwell. Style A tops it with a faceted amber glass finial; Style B with an open mesh capsule. Hang it over a dining table, a kitchen island or a bedside.
What makes it work
- Ribbed smoked glass — the fluted dome reads deep olive-charcoal unlit and turns warm amber at the rim once a bulb is behind it.
- Two tops, one shade — Style A finishes in a faceted amber glass ball at 32 cm (12.6″) overall; Style B in an open black mesh capsule at 36 cm (14.2″), with the filament left on show.
- One standard E26 socket — LED, incandescent and filament bulbs all fit, so the colour and the output of the light stay your call.
Bulbs are sold separately. The fixture is rated IP20, which means dry indoor rooms only — not a bathroom, not a covered porch. It hardwires to a single ceiling point and the cord adjusts to set your drop; have an electrician make the connection if you'd rather not touch the wiring, or fit it yourself if you're comfortable with basic ceiling wiring — it's a straightforward job.

What is the difference between Style A and Style B?
Style A is topped by a faceted amber glass ball and stands 32 cm (12.6″) tall. Style B carries an open black mesh capsule that leaves the filament on show, at 36 cm (14.2″). Both hang the same Dia. 30 cm (11.8″) ribbed smoked-glass dome.
Is a bulb included?
No. The single socket takes any standard E26 bulb — LED, incandescent or filament — so you choose the warmth and the brightness.
