Tinted glass has one problem: it eats light. The usual answer is a bigger bulb, which defeats the point.
This cylinder answers it differently. The source is built into the fitting rather than screwed into it, matched to the density of the glass so the shade glows evenly instead of showing a bright core. Smoke grey reads cool and architectural; coffee is warmer and closer to bronze. Two diameters, and a choice of warm or cool light — which on tinted glass changes the colour of the shade itself, not just the room.

Tinted glass is worth seeing. At ceiling height it reads as a dark shape; at seated eye level the tint and the glow both register.
