A pendant that lights the table, not your eyeline. Cream fabric takes the hard edge off the light. Underneath, you get an even, diffused pool instead of a staring point of light. It reads as tailored, not fussy.  

A faceted drum, laced above and below its central band

  • Contrast lacing — a warm tan cord is whipstitched through the fabric along both edges of the wide central band.
  • Faceted shoulder — the upper section tapers in straight sides to a flat top, meeting the band at a crisp angular break.
  • Tapered base — below the lower lace line the fabric angles inward, narrowing the edge of the light.
  • Recessed diffuser — a circular panel sits inset in the open underside, spreading the downward light evenly.

Cream fabric that filters rather than blocks

The shade is cut from a warm ivory-beige fabric that filters the light rather than blocking it. Unlit, it reads as a warm cream, so the fixture stays quiet in daylight.

Fit and placement

Set the hang to suit the room — low over a table, higher above a sofa or a bed. The cord gives you that range, within the length in the specifications. The fixture wires directly into the ceiling, so have it fitted by a qualified electrician.
