Stone Flush Mount Ceiling Light for Hallway, Raw Disc, 17 cm

The trick with a flush ceiling light is to hide the source without hiding the fitting.

This one is a shallow disc of raw stone, seventeen centimetres across, mounted so it sits just clear of the ceiling. The light escapes from the gap behind the rim rather than through the face, so what you see from below is a stone object with a halo around it and no visible lamp at all. The stone is left rough — its texture is the whole reason to choose it over a plaster or metal disc that would do the same job invisibly.
