A wide stone disc floats above a softly glowing globe, its surface rough with travertine's natural pitting. A walnut-toned band underneath catches the light and warms the room from within. Hang it over a dining table or beside the bed and it reads as quietly sculptural, never loud.

  • Walnut-toned band — a flared collar under the shade that lights up warm on its inner face.

Where rustic stone meets a modern shape

The shade is a shallow saucer rather than a solid block, so it carries the texture of stone without the bulk. Under it the walnut-toned collar flares out, and below that sits a plain white sphere. Three simple shapes, stacked. No farmhouse clutter, and no hardware on show beyond the cord.

Fit and placement

This pendant hardwires into the ceiling, so have an electrician make the connection. The stone disc is solid, so the light falls downward rather than washing across the ceiling. Worth knowing if it is the only light in the room.
