Wood and Brass Chandelier for Dining Table, 3, 5 or 8 Heads, 58–90 cm

Curved brass arms rise from a turned wood hub to three, five or eight glass shades, in caramel amber or opal white. It hangs on a short fixed rod, not a chain, so the fixture stands just 30 cm (11.8″) tall. Sized for dining tables, kitchen islands, living rooms and entryways, spreading ∅ 58–90 cm (22.8–35.4″).

What makes it work

• Brushed brass and solid wood — curved arms meet a turned wood hub under a flat round canopy, with a matching inverted cone finial below and a wood bead at every shade collar.
• Caramel or white pressed glass — glossy amber with pale swirl striations that glows honey-deep once lit, or opal milk glass that reads cool ivory unlit and soft cream on. The brass and the wood are the same on both.
• Staggered heads, short drop — the shades sit at two heights rather than in a flat ring, which gives the fixture depth while it still clears a standard ceiling at 30 cm (11.8″) tall.

Before you fit it

• The drop rod is supplied in two sections, 10 cm (3.9″) and 20 cm (7.8″), so you set the height as you fit it. This is a short-drop, semi-flush chandelier — no chain, no adjustable cord.
• One E26 / E27 bulb per head — three, five or eight by size — sold separately, so the output and colour temperature are yours to choose.
• IP20 carries no moisture protection at all — a dry indoor fitting, not one for a bathroom or a covered porch.
• Hardwired. Have an electrician make the connection if you'd rather not touch the wiring, or fit it yourself if you're comfortable with basic ceiling wiring — it's a straightforward job.

Available sizes

All three stand 30 cm (11.8″) tall on a ∅ 12 cm (4.7″) canopy; only the spread changes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I set the hanging height?
Yes, within a short range. The rod comes as a 10 cm (3.9″) section and a 20 cm (7.8″) section, so you choose the drop as you fit it. Being semi-flush, it is not made to hang low over a table.

What is the difference between caramel and white?
Caramel is glossy amber glass with faint pale swirls that reads honey-warm when lit. White is opal milk glass, cool ivory unlit and soft cream once it's on. The brass and the wood are identical on both.

Which bulbs does it take?
One standard E26 or E27 bulb per head — three, five or eight by size, sold separately.

How much ceiling does the 8-head need?
It spans ∅ 90 cm (35.4″), against ∅ 76 cm (29.9″) for the 5-head and ∅ 58 cm (22.8″) for the 3-head. All three stand 30 cm (11.8″) tall.
