Natural alabaster differs from stone to stone in its veining and translucency, which means the piece you receive will not match the photos exactly. That is precisely what makes each lamp one of a kind.

Amazing Customer Service!. I am very pleased with my two alabaster pendant light fixtures I purchased from Vakkerlight. They look exactly as they did online and are a beautiful addition to my kitchen. There was a small issue with the light bulbs, but I am happy to report that Vakkerllight's customer service team responded in a very timely manner and, ultimately, saw the issue through to a happy resolution.
