Orb Alabaster Wall Sconce for Hallway, Bronze Metal Base, White Shade

The Orb wall sconce keeps its footprint small and its glow soft: a compact bronze-finished metal base holds a rounded alabaster shade in white, so the light coming through is diffused and warm rather than a direct bulb glare. It sits close to the wall, making it a natural pick either side of a bed, a mirror, or along a hallway where you want light without bulk.

What makes it work

• Alabaster shade over a bronze body — the stone-like shade softens whatever bulb you fit, while the bronze base gives it a warmer, more grounded finish than plain metal.
• Choose your own bulb — it takes a standard G9 base, so you can run it with an LED or an Edison-style bulb depending on the look and warmth you want.
• Compact wall profile — at just over 15.2 cm (6″) across, it reads as a quiet accent rather than a statement fixture.

Fitting it

This is a hardwired wall light wired to run off an external wall switch — have an electrician fit it, or install it yourself if you're comfortable with basic wiring; it's a straightforward job either way.

Frequently asked questions

Does it come with a bulb?
No — it takes a standard G9 base, so you choose the LED or Edison-style bulb that suits the light and warmth you want.

Does it have its own on/off switch?
No. It's designed to run off an external wall light switch, so power is controlled from there rather than on the fixture itself.

Can I put it in a bathroom?
It's damp-rated (IP20) but built for indoor use only, so keep it away from direct water contact and splash zones.
