Imagine a firework caught mid-burst on your ceiling. Slim rods radiate outward, each one ending in a short line of light. A blank ceiling becomes the thing you notice first. Pick the spread that suits the room.

Frosted tubes on slim metal rods

  • A line, not a point — each tip lights along its whole length, so the burst reads as drawn strokes.
  • A collar, then the tube — a plain cylindrical collar caps each rod, and the tube carries straight on.
  • One shallow drum — every rod enters the same drum, so the piece takes one fixing point.
  • Light on the ceiling — each tube throws a soft fan of light back onto the plaster.

Two arrangements, and two ways the drum closes

The arms are set two ways across the range. In one, long and short rods alternate, so the tips settle on two rings. In the other, the lengths grade around the drum and sweep the burst into a comma. Underneath, the drum closes with a frosted disc that lights with the arms, or a plate turned in a fine spiral grain.

Fit and placement

The drum stands proud of the ceiling rather than sitting flat against it. It fixes to a ceiling electrical box with the bracket and junction box supplied. Book an electrician for the connection.

The span in the specifications is the full width across the tips, not the reach from the drum. Halve it to check each side.

Will I get the even burst or the swept one?
Both are in the range. The Style option sets the arrangement, so read it before choosing.

Which finish reads better on a pale ceiling?
Black draws the shape as a line drawing against the plaster. Gold sits quieter and lets the lit tubes carry the outline.
