Some fixtures chase trends; this one settles into a room like it's always belonged there. A dome-shaped shade in polished brass sits atop a body of natural wood, pairing warm grain with the quiet shine of metal for a look that owes more to old libraries and reading rooms than to anything trend-driven. The glow it casts is soft and ambient — a wash of warmth rather than a spotlight, exactly what you want beside a bed or at the end of a hallway.

The fixture hardwires directly into the wall for a finish with no visible cord, and a 50 cm chain lets the dome hang with a gentle, considered drop rather than sitting flush and rigid. It settles naturally into a bedroom, living room, hallway, or study, anywhere you want light with a sense of history behind it.

Features

  • Natural wood and brass: a wood body paired with a polished brass dome shade for genuine material contrast, not a printed finish.
  • Dome-shaped shade: directs a soft, warm glow outward and down, suited to ambient or accent lighting rather than task light.
  • Chain-hung design: a 50 cm chain gives the shade a gentle drop from its wall base rather than sitting flush against it.
  • Hardwired installation: wires directly into your wall circuit for a clean finish with no cord in sight.

Where it fits

Bedside in a bedroom, along a hallway, in a living room corner, or over a reading chair in a study — anywhere you want warm, ambient light with old-world character.
