Wooden Wall Light for Hallway, Opal Glass Globe Sconce

A single warm circle of light, right where a hallway, bedside wall or reading corner needs it. This light wall sconce turns a plain stretch of wall into a quiet focal point. It trades the flat glare of an overhead fixture for one confident point of warmth at eye level.

A turned wood stem beneath a globe of opal glass

• Turned wood stem — a tapered shaft with two collar rings, dropping to a rounded ball foot.
• Opal glass globe — diffuses the light into a soft, warm glow rather than a hard point.
• Round brass-toned backplate — holds the globe forward off the wall on a short, straight arm.
• Single-light design — one fixture, one steady pool of light, easy to repeat in a pair.

Walnut-toned wood, warmed by brass-finished metal

The stem is turned in a deep walnut tone, its curves catching the light differently from every angle. The brass-toned backplate and arm carry that warmth through to the wall. The opal glass keeps the fixture soft rather than showy. It sits quietly in a room instead of announcing itself.

Fit and placement

Plan for a qualified electrician to connect it to the mains. Expect one clean point of light at the height you choose. It pairs well with a standard wall push switch, sold separately. Mount it at eye level beside a doorway, headboard or reading chair, where you actually sit or stand.

Frequently asked questions

Will the it suit a hallway or entryway?
Yes. Its single globe and slim wall profile sit well in a hallway, entry, reading nook or bedroom.

Can I fit two of them together?
Yes. A matched pair either side of a bed, mirror or doorway spreads light evenly without an overhead fixture.

Is it suitable for a bathroom?
No. It is built for dry indoor rooms, so keep it away from bathrooms and covered outdoor spaces.
