Nine alabaster globes on the larger frame, six on the smaller — each one a solid sphere of natural stone seated in a brass cup at the end of a square-section arm. Unlit, the stone is a chalky white with grey veining running through it; switched on, it turns amber and the brass catches the light at every joint. The frame runs 105 or 110 cm (41.3 or 43.3″) long and hangs from a round brass canopy on a 150 cm (59″) suspension wire, so it covers the length of a dining table rather than hovering over the middle of it.
What makes it work
-
Solid alabaster globes — natural stone rather than moulded glass, so light glows through real veining and no two spheres are alike.
-
Branching brass armature — the arms leave twin drop rods at different angles, spreading the light along the table instead of stacking it in one column.
-
Six or nine G9 heads — a common fitting, so you set the brightness and colour temperature yourself with bulbs from any hardware shop.
What to know before you order
Bulbs are sold separately, so have a set of G9s ready for installation day. The chandelier is hardwired to a ceiling point rather than plugged in, and it is rated IP20 — no moisture protection at all — which puts it in dry indoor rooms, not a bathroom or a covered terrace. Alabaster is quarried rather than manufactured, so the veining on your globes will be its own.

Frequently asked questions
Which size suits my table?
The six-light frame spans 105 × 58 cm (41.3 × 22.8″), the nine-light 110 × 80 cm (43.3 × 31.5″), and both stand 40 cm (15.7″) tall. Leave roughly 15 cm (5.9″) of table clear either side of the frame and the proportions read right.
How far below the ceiling does it hang?
It drops on a 150 cm (59″) suspension wire from a round brass canopy, with the fixture itself adding 40 cm (15.7″).
Can it go in a bathroom?
No. IP20 carries no moisture protection, so it belongs in dry indoor rooms.
