Slim Ring Chandelier for Hallway, Alabaster, Brass, Integrated LED

Unlit, it reads as a band of pale stone held in a slim brass-finished ring — curved alabaster panels set between two rails, the veining running soft and irregular the whole way round. Switch it on and the light comes out of the stone rather than past it: the panels glow from within, the veins darken against the glow, and a broad, even wash spreads sideways instead of one hard beam straight down. The ring hangs on fine clear cables at a 150 cm (59″) drop, and it spans anywhere from 40 cm (15.7″) in a hallway or above a small round table to 100 cm (39.4″) across a full dining table.

The integrated LED runs at a fixed output and is not compatible with wall dimmer switches, so the circuit wants a plain on/off switch.

Alabaster is quarried, not moulded, so the colour and veining on your ring will not repeat a photograph exactly — the warm tone stays, the pattern is its own. The ring hangs from a single ceiling point and wires straight into the mains, so the fixing carries the weight and the wiring is the simple part.
