One unbroken circle of alabaster, a 10 cm (3.9″) band of it, hung on four fine cords from a compact brass canopy — no arms, no shade, no lampholder in sight, just a ring of stone floating over the table. Lit, the whole circumference comes up at once: veining dark against a warm, even glow, and because the light is diffused through stone rather than thrown straight off a bulb, it stays comfortable to sit under. The smallest span, ∅50 cm (19.7″), suits a round table or a hallway; the largest, ∅100 cm (39.4″), carries a long dining table on its own. Every size drops on a 150 cm (59″) cable.
What makes it work
-
One continuous stone ring — the alabaster runs the full circle, so the glow is unbroken rather than split into panels or separate heads.
-
Integrated LED — built into the ring, with no bulbs to source and nothing interrupting the line of the stone.
-
Four spans, one cable length — ∅50, 60, 80 and 100 cm (19.7, 23.6, 31.5 and 39.4″), each on a 150 cm (59″) cable, so only the ring grows with the room.
Choose the light tone before you order
Warm Light pushes the stone towards honey and cream and settles into a dining room or a bedroom. Cool Light keeps it closer to white and holds its own in a kitchen or a stairwell. The level is fixed either way: the integrated LED is not compatible with wall dimmer switches, so the circuit wants a plain on/off switch.
Quarried stone behaves like quarried stone
Alabaster is cut from rock, so tone and veining shift from ring to ring and yours will not match a photograph line for line. What stays the same is the warm translucency. Handle the ring by its edges while you fit it, and keep a soft dry cloth for it afterwards rather than a spray.

Fitting it
Four cords carry the ring from a single ceiling point and the canopy covers the connection, so the job is a mains connection and a solid fixing. Fix into a joist or a rated ceiling brace rather than plasterboard alone on the larger rings, and settle the drop before the final connection — over a dining table the ring usually sits 75–90 cm (29.5–35.4″) above the tabletop.

Frequently asked questions
How far below the ceiling does it hang?
The cable measures 150 cm (59″) on every size, so that is the drop from the ceiling to the ring.
Are bulbs included?
There are none to include — the LED is built into the ring and lights the moment the circuit is live.
Can I use a dimmer switch?
No. The integrated LED is not dimmer-compatible, so wire it to a standard on/off circuit.
Can it go in a bathroom?
No. IP20 carries no moisture protection at all, so keep it to dry rooms — a dining room, living room, bedroom or hallway.
