A pendant head cut as a single alabaster disc, lit from between its two stone faces so the glow leaves the face and the brass seam at once. The LED is integrated — no bulb to source, fit or replace. One disc suits a bedside or hallway; a 3- to 10-head cascade spans a dining table or kitchen island.

What makes it work

  • Lit from inside the stone — the LED sits between the two alabaster faces, so the disc glows evenly across its whole surface with no hot spot and no lamp on show.
  • Brass strap and pin — one folded brass strap on a single slotted pin carries the disc, and the cable above is clear braid rather than fabric flex, so the disc reads as stone on a line.
  • One disc or ten — the same head scales from a single ∅20, 30 or 40 cm (7.9, 11.8 or 15.7″) pendant to a ten-head cascade 120 cm (47.2″) wide.

Warm Light or Cool Light

Choose the colour of the light when you order — it changes how the stone reads.

  • Warm Light — draws the ivory and honey out of the alabaster and lifts the veins into dark branching seams. The one for a dining table, a bedside or a living room.
  • Cool Light — holds the stone near the chalk-white it shows unlit, with its faint grey-brown veining. Better over a kitchen island, in a hallway or above a work surface.

Before you order: dimming

The LED is driven internally and is not compatible with a standard wall dimmer switch. Run it from a plain switch, and set the mood with the Warm or Cool option instead.

Natural stone, and it shows

Every disc is cut from quarried alabaster, so the veins and cloudy patches on yours will not match the photographs. That is the material, not a defect.

Installation

Hardwired to one ceiling point through a shallow round brass canopy, and on the multi-head versions every disc hangs from that same canopy — so plan the stagger before you tighten the cable thumbscrews. Over a dining table or an island the lowest disc usually sits 76 to 91 cm (30 to 36″) above the surface. Have an electrician make the connection if you’d rather not touch the wiring, or fit it yourself if you’re comfortable with basic ceiling wiring — it’s a straightforward job.

Frequently asked questions

Which configuration suits a dining table?
The ten-head runs 120 cm (47.2″) wide and spans a six-seat table; seven heads over a ∅40 cm (15.7″) footprint sit well above a kitchen island. A single ∅30 or 40 cm (11.8 or 15.7″) disc is enough over a small round table.

Can I put it on a dimmer switch?
No. The integrated LED is not compatible with wall dimmers, so run it from a plain switch and choose Warm Light or Cool Light when you order.

Is a bulb included?
There is no bulb to include — the LED is sealed between the two alabaster faces, so there is nothing to source, fit or replace.

Can it go in a bathroom?
No. It is rated IP20, which means indoor, dry locations only. Keep it clear of steam and splashes.
