A matte-black bar that carries its alabaster globes in one straight line, so light lands evenly along a table instead of pooling in the middle. Choose one, two, four or five globes; two cables give 150 cm (59″) of drop, set to your ceiling height at fitting. Sized for a dining table, kitchen island, hallway or stairwell.
What makes it work
-
A bar, not a cluster — the globes sit in one line, so the light follows the length of a table rather than pooling under its centre.
-
Alabaster, not opal glass — each globe is quarried stone: cool white with grey-brown veining unlit, honey-cream lit, the veins reading right through the glow.
-
Four configurations — a single globe over a kitchen corner, or five across a 100 cm (39.4″) bar, enough for a six- to eight-seat table end to end.
Before you order
Measure the drop first: 150 cm (59″) from the ceiling plate to the bottom of the globes, shortened at the plate to suit your ceiling — an ordinary room uses part of that length, a stairwell or double-height space the rest. Each globe takes a G9 bulb, sold separately, so the colour temperature is yours to choose. Alabaster is quarried rather than moulded, so the veining on your globes will be their own: the same warm tone, a different stone.
Installation
Two cables carry the bar from an oval ceiling plate on the four- and five-globe versions, a small round plate on the one- and two-globe. Centre it on the table rather than on the room — a 100 cm (39.4″) bar wants a table at least that long. Have an electrician make the connection if you'd rather not touch the wiring, or fit it yourself if you're comfortable with basic ceiling wiring — it's a straightforward job.

Frequently asked questions
How many globes can I have?
One, two, four or five. There is no three-globe version.
Are bulbs included?
No. Each globe takes a G9 bulb, sold separately, so the colour temperature is yours to choose.
Can I hang it lower or higher?
Yes. The cables measure 150 cm (59″) overall and are shortened at the plate to suit your ceiling. Above a dining table the globes usually sit 75–90 cm (30–35″) clear of the tabletop.
Is it suitable for a bathroom?
No. It is rated IP20, which carries no moisture protection at all, so keep it to dry indoor rooms.
