Choosing the bulb
No bulb is included, which leaves the look to you: any E26 or E27 base fits — LED, incandescent or fluorescent. A clear or exposed-filament bulb shows the hammered texture at its best and puts a visible point of light inside the glass; a frosted bulb softens the sparkle into a glow. Warm white around 2700K sits naturally with brass, while 4000K gives you more working light over a counter.
Where it can go
The fixture is hardwired and rated IP20, which carries no moisture protection — keep it to dry indoor rooms, not a bathroom or a covered porch. One pendant suits a space of roughly 5–10 m² (54–108 sq ft), so it earns its place as an accent, over a counter, or hung in a row rather than as a room's only fixture.
