Flat ceiling installation only

The horizontal swing arm and its balancing mechanism need a perfectly level surface to sit and work correctly. This fixture is not suitable for sloped, angled, or vaulted ceilings — it must be mounted on a flat, horizontal ceiling.

Choosing a dimmer

Triac thyristor wall dimmer switch

If you choose the Triac Dimmable or Stepless Dimmable version, pair it with a standard Triac (thyristor) wall dimmer for the smoothest, flicker-free transition between brightness levels.

Frequently asked questions

Can this fixture be installed on a sloped ceiling?
No. Because the swing arm is kinetic and the counterweight needs precise balance, the Lola Swing must be installed on a perfectly flat ceiling.

How do I know which dimming option to choose?
If you have a standard on/off switch, choose Warm Light. If you already have a wall dimmer installed (such as a Triac/Lutron dimmer), choose Triac Dimmable. If you want to adjust brightness smoothly with a remote, choose Stepless Dimming.

Is the suspension cable length adjustable?
Yes. The pendant ships with a 39.4″ (100 cm) cable that your electrician can easily shorten during installation to set the perfect height. If you need a longer cable, contact us at info@clerachic.com before ordering.

How do I clean the acrylic diffuser?
Wipe away dust with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. For smudges, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, and avoid harsh chemical sprays so the metal finish stays protected.
