The Lunar pendant takes a rounded, moon-like shape: a dome of genuine alabaster held in a slim metal frame, so the shade itself does the visual work while the fittings stay out of the way. Choose the smaller dome for a bedside table or a tight cluster over a console, or size up for a single statement piece above a small dining table — either way, the light that comes through the stone is warm and soft-edged, never a hard glare.

The Lunar hardwires to your ceiling box, using a 59-inch (150 cm) suspension cable that can be lengthened if your ceiling needs extra drop. Have an electrician fit it, or install it yourself if you're comfortable with basic wiring — it's a straightforward job.
