The Matsutake takes its shape from the elegant, iconic Matsutake mushroom: a gracefully curved base supporting a textured mushroom-cap glass shade that casts a warm, ambient glow. Organic and modern at once, it brings a quiet natural beauty to a bedside table, a desk, or a reading nook. Nature, distilled into warm light.

Glass shade - two colours

  • Amber - warm golden-toned glass that emits a cozy, intimate glow.
  • White - frosted white glass for softer, diffused, clean and bright light.

Body finish - four options

Painted finishes: Walnut colour and Black.
Electroplated finishes: Nickel and Gold.

Walnut colour and Black are high-quality painted finishes, while Nickel and Gold are electroplated metallic finishes. Any body finish can be paired with either the Amber or White glass shade.

What bulb does the Matsutake use?
A standard E26 (US/CA) or E27 (EU/AU) base bulb. We recommend a warm LED globe (2700-3000K) to complement the mushroom-cap shade and warm the glow. Bulbs are not included.

Is this lamp hardwired or plug-in?
Plug-in. It comes with a 59.1″ cord and an inline on/off push-button switch, so just plug it into a standard wall outlet, no wiring needed.

What body finishes are available, and what type are they?
Four finishes across two techniques: Walnut colour and Black are painted, while Nickel and Gold are electroplated metallic finishes. Each can be paired with the Amber or White glass shade.

Which shade colour should I choose?
