Three plates of natural alabaster stack up a vertical brass backplate, each one pinned through its centre by a solid brass disc. Unlit, it reads as wall sculpture — pale, milky stone with brass warm against it. Lit, the built-in LED pushes a soft warm-white glow through the plates and the veining comes up like watermarks in paper. At 29 cm wide and 58 cm tall (11.5 × 23″) it holds a wall beside a bed, along a hallway, or flanking a mirror without crowding it.

A note on the stone
Alabaster is quarried, not manufactured, so no two plates are alike — yours may show different veining or a slightly different tone from the sconce photographed. That is the material doing what stone does.
Installation
This is a hardwired fixture with no cord and no plug, mounted flat to the wall on its brass backplate. Have an electrician make the connection if you'd rather not touch the wiring, or fit it yourself if you're comfortable with basic wall wiring — it's a straightforward job.
