Details

Each sphere on the Orbique pendant is alabaster, threaded along a slim black metal stem that drops from a compact ceiling canopy, so the strand reads as a vertical run of softly lit stone rather than a single fixture. Order it with four balls for a narrow drop over a side table, eight for a fuller run above an island, or twelve for a floor-to-ceiling statement in a stairwell or double-height room.

What makes it work

  • Alabaster balls on a black metal stem — each 2.6-inch sphere is genuine alabaster, so the light glows through with a soft, stone-like diffusion instead of bare glass or plastic.
  • Three colour temperatures — the integrated LED ships in Warm Light (3000K), Neutral Light (4000K), or Cool Light (6000K).
  • Adjustable drop — the cable runs 59 inches and can be shortened, so you can dial in the exact hanging height for your ceiling.

Fitting it

This is a hardwired ceiling fixture — have an electrician fit it, or install it yourself if you're comfortable with basic wiring; it's a straightforward job either way.
