Smooth outside, tidal relief within. This pendant lamp has a gently curved resin shade whose smooth exterior contrasts beautifully with the grooved relief inside — a pattern reminiscent of the irregular marks tides leave on a shoreline. Soft light diffuses through and around the shade, creating a warm, sculptural presence above any table or seating area.

Balance rod — adjust the tilt

The metal rod at the top of the shade can be installed or removed. With the rod in place the shade hangs level; remove it and the shade may tilt slightly. This does not affect function or light output, and some customers prefer the gently angled look.

  • Tidal relief interior — a grooved inner surface echoes patterns left by tides, giving organic texture in sculptural resin.
  • Resin and acrylic — a lightweight, durable resin shade with an acrylic diffuser for even light distribution.
  • Adjustable balance — the metal rod sets the hang angle, level or with a deliberate gentle tilt.

All three sizes share the same 7W LED and 560 lm output. The larger shades diffuse this light differently, but total brightness is the same.

What is the metal rod for?
