A semi-flush ceiling light whose shade stacks ruffled acrylic petals like a half-open flower. It sits tight to the ceiling — no cord, no chain, nothing to level — and takes one E26/E27 bulb on an ordinary dimmer. In ∅ 30 cm (11.8″) or ∅ 40 cm (15.7″): hallway, bedroom, landing, dining nook or living room.
What makes it work
Before you order
One lamp holder takes an E26 or E27 bulb, supplied separately, up to 40 W incandescent or the LED equivalent — so the warmth and the output are yours to set. It dims on a standard dimmer switch, also sold separately, paired with a dimmable bulb. Fix the canopy plate to a joist or a rated ceiling box rather than plasterboard alone, and mount and wire it before you attach the shade. The rating is IP20: indoor, dry rooms only, which rules out a bathroom or a covered porch. Have an electrician make the connection if you'd rather not touch the wiring, or fit it yourself if you're comfortable with basic ceiling wiring — it's a straightforward job.
