A tall paper lantern with a faceted, diamond-cut profile that catches the light along every angled pleat. Lit, it burns brightest across the widest part of the shade and fades softly towards the tapered crown and base. It's sculpture first, light source second — the kind of piece that changes how a room feels the moment it's lit.

A faceted shade built from folded paper

  • Diamond silhouette — the shade tapers to a point at both crown and base, faceted like a cut gem.
  • Pleated paper texture — fine horizontal ridges run across every panel, visible even with the light off.
  • Burnt-orange trim rings — a painted ring caps the shade top and bottom, where the paper meets the frame.
  • Wire tripod base — three slender black legs splay out to a stable, ball-footed stance.
