Inside its sandblasted black metal body sits a frosted acrylic-and-polycarbonate shade, keeping the beam soft and diffused rather than glaring straight into your eyes as you walk past it after dark — a quiet, even glow suited to lawns, corridors, and garden beds of roughly 5 to 10 square meters. That sandblasted texture also reads as matte rather than glossy once the sun's up, so the fixture settles into a planting bed or path edge instead of standing out as a shiny post in daylight, when the light itself is off.

Setting it up

This is an outdoor fixture, so we recommend having a professional electrician handle the install, especially for the hardwire option. The pillar itself has no adjustable cord or chain — it's a fixed-height post you place or mount once. Expect a small size variance of about 1–3 cm (0.4–1.2") from manual measurement, and photos can show a slight color shift depending on your screen and the light around it. A custom DC 12/24V voltage version is also available for specific setups.
