Since every size drops the full 150cm from the canopy no matter the footprint, measure your ceiling height first — then have an electrician wire it in, or fit it yourself if you're comfortable with basic ceiling wiring; it's a straightforward job. Each ceramic leaf also lifts off the frame individually, so cleaning or swapping a bulb never means taking the whole fixture apart.

How much clearance do I need above it?
All three sizes drop the same 150cm (59″) below the canopy, so plan on at least 2.4–2.5m of ceiling clearance before ordering — or reach out if you'd like the cable shortened.

Will it suit a normal-height dining room, or only a stairwell?
It works fine in a standard room as long as you have that clearance above — plenty of customers hang the 100 x 45cm size over a dining table under a regular 2.4m ceiling.

How does the K differ from the G?
The G runs out along one line and sits close to the ceiling; the K clusters in three dimensions and drops the full 150cm, giving it a fuller, taller presence in the room.

Either works with the G9 socket — LED runs cooler and more efficiently, while an Edison-style filament bulb warms the glow that comes through the ceramic a touch further.
