Wood and Glass Table Lamp for Living Room, Warm LED, 40 cm

Switch it on and the ribbed glass turns the light soft and even, with no bright point to catch your eye. Unlit, the white glass reads almost matte. By day it sits quietly — a low dome on wood and warm metal. It settles a room down without asking for attention.

A low glass dome on a wood-and-metal stem

• Fluted lower half — the vertical ribs begin at the shade's shoulder and run to the bottom rim, leaving the crown smooth.
• Copper-toned crown — a round metal disc caps the shade's peak, rimmed by a slim matching band where the glass meets the metal.
• Wood centre section — the column between the metal fittings is wood, dark reddish-brown against the lighter metal above and below it.
• Beaded chain — a short length hangs from the neck below the shade, ending in a flat metal tag.

Where the lamp meets the table

The dome overhangs the round metal base on every side, and the stem between them stays slim. The base is a shallow cylinder rather than a flat plate, with the stem rising from its centre. The footprint is that disc alone, so the lamp takes little room on a crowded nightstand.

Fit and placement

This is a free-standing table lamp — nothing is fixed to a wall or ceiling, and no electrician is involved. Set it down and plug it into a wall socket. The glow leaves the shade sideways and downwards, so it lands on the surface rather than the ceiling.

Specifications

Frequently asked questions

Is the bulb replaceable?
The LED is built in, so there is no separate bulb to change — the fixture itself is the light source.

What colour is the light?
Warm. The lamp is offered in one light temperature, so there is no cool-white version to choose between.

Will it work on my mains supply?
The voltage range in the specifications covers both 110 V and 230 V households, so either standard is fine.
