Made from solid brass and finished by hand, the Leclerc Wall Sconce brings the timeless warmth of aged metal to any interior. It comes in two sizes — a generous globe form with E14 sockets, and a slender vertical silhouette with G9 sockets — each available with a Brass or Matte Black body. Two different moods from one quietly elegant family.

Features

  • Solid brass — polished and hand-finished with an oil-varnish coat, so it ages beautifully over time.
  • Two sizes and socket types — the globe (Dia. 9.8″, E12 or E14 × 2) or the slender form (3.9″ × H11.8″, G9 × 2).
  • Bulb flexibility — works with LED or Edison bulbs, so you can tune the warmth and style to taste.

Living brass finish — the patina deepens with age

Each sconce is polished by hand and sealed with an oil-varnish coating that guards against oxidation and extends the life of the finish. Over time the brass develops a richer, deeper patina — a natural and desirable trait of genuine brass, not a defect.

Bulbs — G9 or E14 depending on size

The Dia. 9.8″ globe version uses E12 or E14 sockets (×2); the slender Dia. 3.9″ version uses G9 sockets (×2). Both are compatible with LED and Edison-style bulbs. Bulbs are not included and are available separately.

We have an older home that started small and has had a few add-ons and updates. Most of them were well done, however the hallway that leads services 4 of the bedrooms only had one wall sconce at the entry from the parlor and that just didn't do the job. We wired another light box at the other end of the hall and used these in both places.
