Frequently asked questions
Can I use a standard wall switch?
No. This fan light works only with the Clérachic Wireless Wall Switch; standard home switches are not compatible with its receiver. If you prefer wall control over the handheld remote, you can add the Wireless Wall Switch, which is available alongside a lighting fixture rather than on its own. Email info@clerachic.com for details.
Are blade gaskets required?
Yes. Blade gaskets are required during installation; skipping them will damage the motor's copper wire. Always fit the gaskets when attaching the blades.
Can it be installed on a sloped ceiling?

What ceiling types is it not suitable for?
It cannot be installed on joists plus gypsum board or wood-panel ceilings (which cause noise and wobbling), prefabricated ceilings, or sloped ceilings in its standard form. The beam width must be at least 6 cm and the ceiling must support over 20 kg.
