One shade, three different moods of light. The Multi-Lite draws on the playful spirit of the 1972 Weisdorf design: two movable hemisphere halves sit inside a slim ring, so you decide where the light goes. Turn them to send a warm wash up the ceiling, drop a focused pool over the table, or split them for soft, sculptural glow. You shape the light, and the light shapes the room.

Three lighting modes

  • Upward ambient — both halves turned down, so light reflects off the ceiling for a cosy, even atmosphere.
  • Downward task — both halves turned up, sending direct light down onto a dining table or workspace.
  • Sculptural indirect — halves set opposite each other for soft, indirect light and a striking sculptural shape.

Choose from three single tones and five two-tone pairings. The two-tone options match a body finish with a contrasting shade finish.

Bulb and light source

Depending on the configuration you order, this lamp takes either an E14 (small Edison screw) or E27 (standard Edison screw) base, so check the variant you choose at checkout. A warm LED globe around 2700–3000K gives the best glow. Bulbs are not included.

Frequently asked questions

How do the movable halves change the light?
Both halves down gives an upward ceiling glow for ambience. Both halves up gives direct downward task light. Set the halves opposite each other for indirect, sculptural light. The lamp's look shifts with every position.

What bulb does it use?
E14 or E27 depending on the variant you order. A warm LED globe (2700–3000K) is recommended. Bulbs are not included.

Decided to buy this as the other reviews looked good, and so far very happy with them, especially that we can change the pendant design by simple rotation. they came with led bulbs but too dim for us, changed them to 10watts warm bulbs so it's bright enough to use the kitchen but dim enough for a chill vibe. shipping was by ship so understandably took longer. no regrets and definitely recommend. next i'll be looking for a long stairwell multi pendant.

wonderful lamps! These are the second ones, just in a larger size, purchased from the same seller! arrived in less than a month! As always, perfectly packaged! The seller put the light bulbs back in, but we replaced them with slightly brighter ones. Almost any light bulbs with an E27 socket are suitable. The size in the photo is 38 cm.
