Three alabaster domes stacked 55 cm (21.7″) up a brass or black rod, washing light up the wall and down it. The LED is integrated — no bulb to buy, none to change — and it hardwires straight into the wall. At 15 cm (5.9″) wide it fits hallways, stairwells, bedside walls and the strip beside a dressing mirror.

What makes it work

  • Natural alabaster, not glass — each bowl is cut from stone, so the veining differs piece to piece and one dome often carries a darker rust-grey vein of its own. Unlit it reads warm off-white; lit, it turns honey-amber.
  • Light up and down the wall — the open bowls wash in both directions instead of dropping a single pool, so a 15 cm (5.9″) body lights a whole run.
  • Brushed brass or matte black — the same body in two finishes; the brass is softly satin rather than lacquered, the black a flat near-charcoal.

Colour temperature — choose when you order

  • Warm Light: soft and restful, the one for a bedroom, a hallway or a landing you cross at night.
  • Neutral Light: cleaner and cooler, better beside a dressing mirror or on a stairwell you use in daylight.

The integrated LED runs at a fixed output and is not made for a wall dimmer, so the setting you pick at order is the setting you get. Alabaster is quarried stone: your bowls carry their own veining rather than the pattern in the photographs.

Fitting it

An oval backplate covers the wall outlet, so the height of the outlet sets the height of the lamp — worth settling before the wall is closed up. The body hangs on two small knurled screws, top and bottom; leave them loose until it sits truly vertical. Eye height or a little above suits a hallway, and level with the top of the headboard keeps the glow out of your eyes beside a bed. Have an electrician make the connection if you'd rather not touch the wiring, or wire it in yourself if you're comfortable with basic wall wiring — it's a straightforward job.
