Beschrijving

Een hanglamp met een witte acrylbol, 3D-geprint met een kratertextuur zodat hij eruitziet als een volle maan. Hij hangt aan een dun wit snoer en een ronde plafondkap en geeft een zacht licht zodra de meegeleverde E27-lamp wordt ingeschakeld.

Kies 18, 20 of 22 cm (7.1, 7.9 of 8.7″) en warm wit (3000 K) of koel wit (6000 K). Het snoer is verstelbaar tot 1,5 m en de lamp wordt rechtstreeks aangesloten. Hij past goed in slaapkamers en woonkamers.

Installatiegids

Deze armatuur hangt aan een plafonddoos en wordt aangesloten op uw netspanning. Bepaal de ophanghoogte voordat u iets aansluit: de lengte is veel eenvoudiger in te stellen zolang de bedrading nog loshangt dan achteraf opnieuw te moeten beginnen.

Voordat u begint

  • Montage: de armatuur wordt bevestigd aan een standaard plafonddoos. De beugel en bevestigingsmaterialen zitten in de doos.
  • Gewicht: controleer of uw plafonddoos en plafond de armatuur kunnen dragen. De gewichten staan hierboven bij Productspecificaties vermeld. Voor een zware kroonluchter kan een tussen de balken aangebrachte versteviging nodig zijn.
  • Ophanghoogte: het meegeleverde snoer, de ketting of stang kan worden ingekort. Boven een eettafel is een afstand van ongeveer 75 tot 90 cm tussen het tafelblad en de onderkant van de lampenkap geschikt voor de meeste kamers.
  • Plafondtype: elk model is geschikt voor een vlak plafond. De geschiktheid voor schuine plafonds wordt per product hierboven bij Productspecificaties vermeld.
  • Stroom: deze armaturen worden rechtstreeks op het elektriciteitsnet aangesloten. Ze hebben geen stekker.
  • Dimbaarheid: modellen met een vervangbare lamp kunnen doorgaans worden gedimd met een compatibele dimmer. Modellen met geïntegreerde ledverlichting kunnen meestal niet worden gedimd.

Installatie

1. Schakel de stroom uit

Schakel de verlichtingsgroep uit in de meterkast of op het zekeringenpaneel; de wandschakelaar is niet voldoende. Test de plafondaansluiting met een spanningstester en controleer of de draden spanningsloos zijn.

2. Monteer de montagebeugel

Schroef de meegeleverde beugel met de meegeleverde schroeven aan de plafonddoos. Draai de schroeven gelijkmatig aan en controleer of de beugel vlak en haaks zit; een niet-waterpas gemonteerde beugel blijft zichtbaar in het uiteindelijke resultaat.

3. Stel de ophanghoogte in

Stel het snoer, de ketting of de stang af op de gewenste ophanglengte voordat je een elektrische aansluiting maakt. Vergrendel de lengte met de verstelbare kap of de greep in de kap. Als een snoer wordt ingekort, rol het overtollige snoer dan netjes op in de kap in plaats van het af te knippen; zo blijft de hoogte later verstelbaar.

4. Sluit de bedrading aan

  • Fasedraad op fasedraad: zwart, bruin of de aansluiting gemarkeerd met L
  • Nuldraad op nuldraad: wit, blauw of de aansluiting gemarkeerd met N
  • Aardedraad op aardedraad: groen, groen-geel of blanke draad, op de aardklem of aardeschroef

Zet elke verbinding vast met een connector en duw de bedrading voorzichtig omhoog in de doos. Er mag niets tussen de kap en het plafond bekneld raken wanneer je deze sluit.

5. Bevestig de armatuur aan de beugel

Til de kap of montageplaat op de beugel en zet deze vast met de meegeleverde schroeven of sierkapjes. Draai ze stevig vast zonder kracht te zetten; sierkapjes en geplateerde schroefdraad beschadigen gemakkelijk.

6. Plaats de lampen

Plaats het lamptype en wattage dat hierboven bij de Productspecificaties staat vermeld. Als meerdere fittingen één lampenkap delen, gebruik dan identieke lampen zodat de kleur en helderheid van de armatuur overal overeenkomen.

7. Schakel de stroom weer in en test

Schakel de groep weer in en test de lamp, inclusief de dimmer als je die hebt geïnstalleerd. Schakel de stroom opnieuw uit voordat je iets weer opent.

Belangrijke tips

  • Volg de bedradingsvoorschriften die gelden op de plek waar je woont en schakel een gekwalificeerde elektricien in voor hoge plafonds, schuine montages of alles waarover je twijfelt.
  • Laat iemand een brede of zware armatuur vasthouden terwijl je de aansluitingen maakt. Laat de armatuur nooit aan de bedrading hangen.
  • Reinig glas en kristal met een droge, zachte doek. Spuit geen reinigingsmiddel op een aangesloten armatuur.
  • Draai sieronderdelen niet te strak aan: ze zijn decoratief, niet constructief.

I had a very specific theme in mind for my son’s room and this fit the bill pretty darn well. The detail is awesome, but I took a star off mostly for the intensity. The photo is in nightlight mode, but even at full bright, this hardly will light up an 80sf bedroom. Also, as others have mentioned, the valance is too small. But, since I was clouding the ceiling, you can’t see the gaps anyway. I think 4 stars is a stretch, tbh. The quality of the print itself is really good. But the rest of the hardware is cheap. I feel it’s about $20 over priced. In all honesty, I want to swap the bulb out with a WiFi one. I think it’ll work better than the silly remote. Recommendation to the seller: knock $30 off and skip the build and remote.

PROS: This lamp is super beautiful! It is easy to install and the remote it comes with allows you to use different levels of light dimming, change colors ( white to yellow) and even set a timer to use it as a night light (from 30 min to 1 hour). You can even buy multiple 3D moon pendants from this brand and match them to a single remote. CONS: If used in USA, the canopy (plastic round structure that encloses the cables and holds the lamp from the ceiling) is small. In one of the pictures I posted, you can see that the diameter of the canopy is small. This can be fixed by using caulk around it to cover the small visible gaps in the ceiling. This lamp is overall an amazing purchase. It makes any Room look magical! I recommend it!

It is beautiful! Perfect for the kids room. I took away one star bc the bracket it comes with is way too small to fit an existing box. We had to drill a bit to the side of the existing hole to install it but other than that it’s fine just a bit more work patching up the ceiling now.

It’s a really cool light that looks very realistic. I put it in my son’s nursery. From outside the house (with the blinds up) it looks like a full moon is reflecting from his window. The globe feels sturdy. There are a bunch of settings to toggle on the remote like warmer/cooler or brighter/less bright. Took off one star because the base doesn’t cover the hole in the ceiling completely. I’ll have to buy a medallion or something to fully cover the opening.
