• Chainable runs: each 1 m section links to the next for a continuous run up to 10 m with no drop in brightness — plan a full staircase or guardrail from a single supply.
• Cut only at marked points: to protect the waterproof seal, the strip can only be shortened at its factory-marked cut points, never at any random length.
• Tool-free mounting clips: the aluminum channel clips into place without special tools, so fitting it along a stair edge or rail stays straightforward.

This is a 24V DC system and needs a transformer to run — the transformer is not included, so plan for one sized to your total run length.
