Beschrijving

Een goudkleurige metalen vogelvormige armatuur draagt een witte kap op deze wandlamp, verlicht door een geïntegreerde led van 3000 K. De armatuur kan met de hand worden bewogen en zwaait zachtjes wanneer je haar aanraakt, zodat je het warme accentlicht kunt richten waar je wilt.

De lamp is 35 cm (13.8″) breed en 55 cm (21.7″) hoog en wordt rechtstreeks op de muur aangesloten in plaats van in een stopcontact te worden gestoken. Geschikt voor naast het bed, in entrees en in leeshoekjes.

Installatiegids

Elke wandlamp in deze collectie wordt met het meegeleverde bevestigingsmateriaal aan de muur bevestigd. De onderstaande stappen gelden voor alle drie de stroomtypen die we leveren: rechtstreeks aangesloten, met stekker en oplaadbaar. Lees daarom het eerste gedeelte, bepaal welk type u hebt en volg vervolgens de bijbehorende stappen.

Voordat u begint

  • Stroomtype: uw lamp is rechtstreeks aangesloten, werkt met een stekker of is oplaadbaar. In de bovenstaande productspecificaties staat welk type van toepassing is. Dit bepaalt de volledige installatie, dus controleer dit voordat u iets opent.
  • Montage: alle wandlampen worden op een vlak muuroppervlak bevestigd. Schroeven, pluggen en de montagebeugel worden meegeleverd.
  • Dimbaarheid: lampen met een standaard vervangbare lichtbron kunnen doorgaans worden gedimd. Modellen met geïntegreerde ledverlichting meestal niet. In de bovenstaande specificaties staat wat voor uw model geldt.
  • Binnen of buiten: plaats een lamp alleen buiten als de IP-classificatie aangeeft dat deze daarvoor geschikt is. Een armatuur met een classificatie voor binnengebruik gaat buiten snel defect en is onveilig in vochtige omstandigheden.
  • Muurtype: voor gipsplaat, baksteen en tegels zijn elk andere pluggen nodig. De meegeleverde schroeven zijn geschikt voor standaardgipsplaat; schaf voor andere ondergronden het juiste bevestigingsmateriaal aan.

Gereedschap dat u mogelijk nodig hebt

  • Schroevendraaier
  • Spanningstester
  • Draadmoeren of lasklemmen (meegeleverd bij modellen die rechtstreeks worden aangesloten)
  • Boormachine en een boor die geschikt is voor uw muur, als u een nieuw bevestigingspunt maakt
  • Waterpas en potlood

Als uw lamp rechtstreeks wordt aangesloten

1. Schakel de stroom uit

Schakel de verlichtingsgroep uit in uw groepenkast of op uw zekeringspaneel. Vertrouw niet alleen op de wandschakelaar. Test de draden bij de aansluitdoos met een spanningstester en controleer of ze spanningsloos zijn voordat u ze aanraakt.

2. Verwijder het oude armatuur

Als u een bestaande lamp vervangt, draait u deze los en koppelt u de draden los door de connectoren los te maken. Ondersteun het armatuur terwijl u het losmaakt, zodat het niet aan de bedrading blijft hangen.

3. Monteer de montagebeugel

Houd de nieuwe beugel tegen de aansluitdoos of op de gemarkeerde plaats en controleer deze met een waterpas. Bevestig de beugel met de meegeleverde schroeven en draai ze gelijkmatig aan, zodat de beugel vlak tegen de muur zit.

4. Sluit de bedrading aan

  • Fase naar fase: zwart, bruin of de klem gemarkeerd met L
  • Nul naar nul: wit, blauw of de klem gemarkeerd met N
  • Aarde naar aarde: groen, groen-geel of blank, naar de aardklem of -schroef

Draai elk paar draden in elkaar en zet het vast met een connector. Duw de bedrading terug in de inbouwdoos, zodat er niets bekneld raakt wanneer de armatuur op de montagebeugel wordt gesloten.

5. Monteer de armatuur

Lijn de behuizing uit met de montagebeugel en zet deze vast met de meegeleverde schroeven. De armatuur moet vlak tegen de muur aansluiten, zonder tussenruimte en zonder te bewegen.

6. Plaats de lamp

Als je lamp een vervangbare lichtbron gebruikt, plaats dan het type en wattage dat hierboven bij de productspecificaties wordt vermeld. Overschrijd het wattage dat op de fitting staat niet.

7. Schakel de stroom weer in en test

Schakel de stroomkring weer in en test de lamp. Als deze niet aangaat, schakel de stroom dan opnieuw uit voordat je iets weer opent.

Als je lamp een stekker heeft

Bevestig de montagebeugel met de meegeleverde schroeven en pluggen aan de muur en controleer met een waterpas of deze recht hangt. Bevestig de behuizing aan de montagebeugel en leid het snoer naar het dichtstbijzijnde stopcontact. Zet het snoer vast of werk het weg, zodat het geen struikelgevaar vormt en niet strak wordt aangetrokken waar het de armatuur verlaat.

Als je lamp oplaadbaar is

Bevestig de montagebeugel aan de muur en laad de lamp vóór het eerste gebruik volledig op met de meegeleverde kabel — een eerste lading vanaf een lege accu duurt langer dan latere ladingen. Plaats de lamp op de montagebeugel en schakel deze in. Bij de meeste modellen kun je de lamp zonder gereedschap van de montagebeugel nemen om deze op te laden.

Belangrijke tips

  • Volg de bedradingsvoorschriften die gelden op de plaats waar je woont. Als iets hiervan je niet vertrouwd is, laat het dan door een erkend elektricien uitvoeren — voor hen is dit een korte klus.
  • Controleer vóór montage of de inbouwdoos stevig is en het gewicht van de armatuur kan dragen.
  • Stof de armatuur af en toe af met een droge, zachte doek. Gebruik geen oplosmiddelen of schurende reinigingsmiddelen op een geverfde of gegalvaniseerde afwerking.
  • Laat een lamp afkoelen voordat je deze aanraakt en plaats nooit een lamp die het nominale wattage overschrijdt.

Love the bird lamp. Love this ostentatious thing. Just a heads up it has to be hard wired into the wall. It does not plug in, so we had to learn a bit of diy electrical, but other than that, it's sturdy and bright and awesome. Hopefully we can add some more to the house.
